New Workout Program

I just started a new workout program, and I think this one is it. I know that I will start to see changes if I stick to it. If you are interested in seeing it, click here (PDF file). It is a very intense workout with lots of cardio, legs, shoulders, abs, pretty much everything you can think of.

I still have not been drinking pop, it is getting close to two months know without pop, and I still don’t notice much of a difference other than most foods have more flavor now. It is still worth it though in terms of health.

The cruise will be paid off by the 1st of June, and I have to say that I am very relieved. I have only been paying on it for a few months, but luckily the money has always came up so that I could make a payment and get this thing taken care of.

I have agreed to do a segment for a video that the United Methodist Church is putting together. I am not sure EXACTLY what I am supposed to talk about. All that I know is that I am supposed to share my testimony with them so that they can use the tape to help other Methodist churches learn how to and /or focus on evangelizing. I am pretty excited about it, I know that this is a great opportunity to do some good with my mistakes of the past. Hopefully all will turn out well and this project will be success. I’ll keep you posted.
