Let the beating begin
- What's new with me?
Well, my workout schedule has been somewhat haphazard for the last month or two. I haven’t had much time with all of the personal projects I’ve been working on to think much about my workout program. However, that’s about to change.
Since Kristen has started student teaching we’ve had this situation where she goes to bed about two hours before I do. So, I usually end up staying up a while after she goes to bed. However, last night she had the great idea that I could go to bed when she does and then get up in the morning early and go work out before I go to work. I love this idea because I always felt great when I did that before. So, that’s what I’m going to do.
I’m going to try to get on a three or four day-a-week routine so I can get some serious work done. I’ll probably stay for around an hour-and-a-half each day. I can’t wait! The only downside is that I won’t have anyone to work out with (still). I’ll probably end up going back to my old gym once my membership has expired so I can workout with my brother-in-law.
