I'm a HUGE fan of J.J. Abrams. Two of the television shows he created have become my all-time favorites, Lost and Alias. He recently gave a talk at TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design.) that I found to be a very interesting look into his mind. Not only do we get his explanation of why he enjoys writing mysteries so much, we also find out that he's a huge fan of Apple computers.
Next Friday, January 18th J.J.'s long awaited film Cloverfield will be released. I'm hoping to see if opening night.
