For the last year I’ve been driving 30 mins round trip to the gym 5 days a week. 2 of those days are treadmill-only days. So, rather than continuing to drive to the gym just to use the treadmill on those days we decided to get a treadmill for the office. Now I can do my 20mins of cardio in the morning as well as any time during the day when I feel like it!
